New Design tools and methods are adopted to keep in pace with the ever increasing global benchmarks and constantly changing customer specific requirements. The design is tested on simulators. Prototypes developed are validated for quality performance and durability by way of Type Testing at CPRI for MV and LV Switchgear Panels and ETDC (Electronic Test and Development Centre), Department of Electronics and Information Technology for Battery Chargers. We take pride in informing you that all our samples taken to these laboratories so far have cleared the respective tests in first go.

Our workfloor spans a 22,000 Sqft Plot right in the heart of manufacturing hub in Peenya with state-of-the-art machines and equipment required for in-house manufacturing. A partial profile comprises CNC machines for sheet-metal processing, crane and trolleys for material handling, dedicated powder coating unit, well-organized stores and a spacious, yet well-organised assembly area.

Sophisticated testing equipments ensure hassle-free performance of our panels which have earned repute and acclaim for over 25 years. The equipments range from Loading, Checking Temperature rise, Relay testing, Contact resistance measurement and latest MV Circuit Breaker Analyzer. Our engineers are trained on the lines of the latest international standers of MV and LV Switchboards.

Talented and skilled manpower has been the driving strength behind delivering quality consistently. Our attrition rates are among the lowest in the industry and many have spent over 25 years with us, which speaks volumes on their experience and exposure. Frequent training & development programmes are conducted periodically to orient the workforce to the latest technologies and global best practices.
